Selmer Early Airflow Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece

This is very nice early Selmer Airflow mouthpiece.  It has the different scroll marking on the shank with the B table.  The tip measures 0.054", so it would need to be refaced to be a usable mouthpiece but the tip and rails are in excellent condition.
