Conn 6M’s are legends in the saxophone world and have been played by some the the best players ever. They have a sweet sound and good ergonomics. This one is from 1953 (SN 356K), and has a mixture of older and newer pads and was set up by me a few years ago, but not played since. It still seals perfectly and plays beautifully. There are a few minor dings here and there, but no major dents or signs of previous repairs. The lacquer appears to be original and is probably 75%. It still has the original underslung neck (no micro-tuner) with the double socket tenon. It also has straight tone holes. It comes in an older Protec contoured case and also includes a Hercules saxophone stand with a soprano peg. As this is a consignment sale there is no warranty.
